Our standard E3 hinge system allows for a maximum width of 850mm and a maximum height of 2600mm. For taller wider doors it is possible to use the more expensive E4 hinge system and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

The E3 system has been tested to over 50,000 cycles with some parts tested to over 100,000 cycles ensuring that your doors will run perfectly for years to come. Shown in the picture is the E3 carrier that takes the majority of the folding sliding doors weight and is set into the guide track at the top of your doors. Made from the highest grade stainless steel with custom machined bearings to extremely fine tolerances with a minimum of 6 bearings to each carrier. Individually precision machined wheel. Innovative and accurate carrier design prevents scraping on the insides of the overhead track and with a polypropylene floor channel lining adds an extremely smooth and almost silent action that you cannot mistake for any other product. Incorporating a automatic locking mechanism to the height adjustment allows you to create fine tuning without accidental change, and is adjusted simply by the turn of a screwdriver.

As the doors are all top hung grit and dirt in the bottom channel do not effect the smooth running and are easily cleaned if needed.
